Spam Email or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) as defined at Webmaster Ethics (WebmasterEthics.org) is the mass electronic distribution of unsolicited email to individual email accounts, aliases, or mailing lists and archives. Bulk distribution of unsolicited email, or spam email, is always unwelcome to the participants of a mailing list, and possibly illegal.

Webmaster Ethics (WebmasterEthics.org) does not send spam and does not tolerate the transmission of spam from our servers.

Email messages can be forged

We apologize if you have received a spam email message that appears to have originated from someone at webmasterethics.org, we know that spam email messages are very annoying.

Unfortunately the technology of email specifically that of the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP) allows email messages to be forged.
