• 05 April 2008 - The Webmaster Ethics Spam Policy has been updated with the following added: "Spam Email or Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE) as defined at Webmaster Ethics (WebmasterEthics.org) is the mass electronic distribution of unsolicited email to individual email accounts, aliases, or mailing lists and archives. Bulk distribution of unsolicited email, or spam email, is always unwelcome to the participants of a mailing list, and possibly illegal." Archived Spam Policy
• 28 March 2008 - Webmaster Ethics Archived Website News Files folder has been added. These files are kept for archiving purposes, so that links to files in news items will still be available in the state at which they were presented even if the original files are deleted, modified or moved.
• 27 March 2008 - Webmaster Ethics Spam Policy added because Webmaster Ethics does not send spam and does not tolerate the transmission of spam from our servers.
• 26 March 2008 - Webmaster Ethics no longer uses Server Side Includes (SSI) for added security protection of our servers and users.
• 25 March 2008 - Webmaster Ethics now dynamically generates webpages with PHP (PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor) technology.
• 24 March 2008 - AddThis button added to sidebar of every webpage of website to assist users in bookmarking webpages.
• 23 March 2008 - Webmaster Ethics Archived Website News added because research by Jakob Nielsen found that "users don't read they scan".

• 15 March 2008 - Webmaster Ethics (WebmasterEthics.org) is now listed first in the search results for "webmaster ethics" on the Google.com website. • 10 March 2008 - Robots Exclusion Standard protocol added "... to give instructions about their site to web robots."
• 02 March 2008 - Links for ethical topics related to spam email has been added.
• 05 February 2008 - Google Analytics added to "... learn even more about where your visitors come from and how they interact with your site."
• 18 February 2008 - Webmaster Ethics Logo added based off the favicon.ico file. logo file [GIF]
• 11 February 2008 - Articles for Webmasters on Ethical Issues section added. Writers Wanted - Submit your articles to Webmaster Ethics, your opinion matters.
• 04 February 2008 - The favicon.ico file was added from the favicon.ico Generator so that "... favicon.ico icons ... get displayed in the address bar of every browser." favicon.ico file [ICO]
• 08 January 2008 - The page footer copyright statement was changed to only list the current year. This is generated dynamically using PHP.
